Zach - 00:00:10:
Jackie Ferguson. What's going on?
Jackie - 00:00:14:
Hey Zach, how are you?
Zach - 00:00:17:
You know what? I'm doing great. I have to say, I'm so excited to be on this trailer for Diversity: Beyond the Checkbox Season 10. 10 seasons.
Jackie - 00:00:28:
Yes.
Zach - 00:00:29:
Yow. We're about to come up on 10 seasons. Talk to me about why you believe Diversity: Beyond the Checkbox has lasted to coming up on its 10th season.
Jackie - 00:00:42:
Well, first, Zach, I'm super thankful that people are listening. I think the reason is because the conversations that I have with these incredible guests. Create opportunities to connect with people that sometimes you would never get an opportunity to talk to or connect with. And the stories that they tell, not only of their successes, but of their lessons learned, their life journeys. Are really interesting and exciting because you can connect with different parts of an individual's path and be inspired by it, be encouraged by it. Um, learn things through it. So I think that might be why.
Zach - 00:01:32:
I mean, listen, you know, we've had conversations on and off mic about the fact that. Podcasting is a long, it's a, it's a jerk. It's a marathon, right? It's not a sprint.
Jackie - 00:01:41:
Yes.
Zach - 00:01:42:
Right. You've now, we're coming up on 10 seasons. A lot of people can't celebrate. And it's not like 10 seasons where, you know, three episodes a season. Y'all making content out here.
Jackie - 00:01:50:
Right.
Zach - 00:01:51:
Talk to me, what is different and why are you excited about season 10?
Jackie - 00:01:56:
So, you know, season 10, I've got some great guests. A couple that I'd like to just highlight is I'm talking to Arjun Sharda, who's a 12-year-old entrepreneur, Zach. He's so cool and just... And, you know, I'm asking him questions, just getting to know him about, like, how do you manage all the things? He's got businesses. He goes to school. He does karate. And it's so interesting because so many of us at, you know, 50 years old have a hard time managing all the things. And he's 12 and managing it. It's so awesome. I'm going to be talking to Fiona Lloyd, who started her career as a personal assistant, and now she runs one of the largest media organizations in the world. Tony Martignetti, who's a leadership coach and podcaster. And he'll be talking to us about leading from a place of inspired purpose, which we all need. So lots of amazing guests in this upcoming season, Zach. And I'm so excited to talk to them, to share that with our listeners as well.
Zach - 00:03:13:
